SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Stock orders are usually filled and shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of order – Monday thru Friday – excluding Holidays.

Any backordered item(s) may delay shipping (usually 3 – 5 business days) and you will be informed of an approximate ship date.

Flat rate shipping fees are for delivery to addresses located within the 48 Continental United States only.

Any shipment outside this area will be “prepaid and charged” to the buyer at the time of shipment.

Thread Kits Company reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. The customer will be notified of any cancellation via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and charges. These charges are determined by your countries customs office and are your responsibility. Where applicable, Thread Kits Company will ship via USPS International, which is fair and cost effective for both parties. Flat rate boxes are used when possible. Customs procedures can cause delays in shipping time and we are not responsible for those delays.
