RETURN POLICY

• Unused item(s) may be returned within 7 days from the date received for full credit of the items(s) purchased at the buyer’s expense.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• All returned items must be new, unused and in the original manufacture package.
• You must obtain an RMA number (Return Authorization) from our company before sending any product back for credit. Packages that do not have an RMA# will not be received in.
• Returns should be insured at your expense and sent prepaid, with the RMA# visible on the package to: Thread Kits Company, 24310 Garnier Street, Torrance, CA 90505.
